Outdoor 50 meter pool; eight lanes, eight feet wide with non-turbulent
lane lines; Colorado Timing System. |

Entry Deadline: |
Entries will be accepted in the order of receipt
until the final entry deadline of June 11. Entries must be submitted in
long course meter times. All entry times must have been achieved in USS
sanctioned/approved competition. |

Eligibility: |
Open to all registered
USA/VA Swimmers. You must be registered with VSI/USS no later
than June 11, 2008. Age on June 20, 2008 will determine a
swimmer's age for the entire meet. |

Rules: |
The 2008 United States Swimming Code and Rules apply.
Virginia Safety and Warm-up Procedures will be in effect. In accordance
with Virginia Swimming policy, only those coaches who display current,
valid, USS credentials will be allowed to act in a coaching capacity in
this meet. |

|
Meet Director: |
The meet director reserves the right to limit
entries in any event, if necessary, to prevent too lengthy a session, and
to combine events in which there are insufficient entries. |

|
|
Awards: |
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top
three finishers in each event, and custom ribbons for places four through
eight. |

|

Heat sheets will be sold. Concessions will be
available.
