Family Rate - 4 or more, $15 each. Entry forms MUST be MAILED in together - this rate is only good for mail-in registration received by October 15, 2012.

Packet Pick-Up
Packets may be picked up at Big Lick Veterinary Services (7777 Bent Mountain Road Roanoke, VA 24018) on Friday, November 2nd from 7:30am - 6:30pm or on race day from 8:30am to 9:30am at North Cross School (4254 Colonial Avenue Roanoke, VA 24018)
Rules Regarding Dogs
-1 dog per runner or walker
- dogs must be on leash at all times. no retractable leashes, no leads over 6ft.
- participants will be provided with poop sacks if nature calls and are expected to pick up after pets
- no aggressive dogs or dogs running under 6 months of age
- proof of rabies required
- no strollers(dog or human) because this is a trail race
