The 2009 Lacrosse competition is an ALL STAR event.
In each division, four regional teams will be chosen from the best
Virginia High Schools (public and private) athletes. East,
North, Central, and West teams will play and then be positioned for
the medal rounds. |

Entry Fee: |
$55 per player
Each applicant must complete an individual entry form and waiver of
liability and submit them with payment by June 1, 2009.
Applications and payments should be submitted to your area
coordinator. |

The Lacrosse middle school
competition is for all teams. Teams may be chosen from
Virginia Middle/Elementary schools (public and private) athletes.
Teams will play each other and then be positioned for the medal
rounds.
Morning session's 2-25 minute
halves. Afternoon session - Regular games: 4-12 minute
quarters. Tie breakers; 1) Least amount of penalties or 2)
Most goals scored. |
