Fee: Pre-registration $20 by July 6, 2012, $50 at the gate - Add $5 for all mail-in registrations
Fee entitles the competitor one entry in Forms, Sparring & Weapons
The fee for the Breaking event is $10

Events: Sparring - Forms/Kata - Weapons- Breaking
** The Black Belt Grand Champion is NOT an event that is to be entered, it must be earned.
Spectator Fee: Parents of registered competitors will be admitted without charge, all other $5, under 5 free
Awards: Subway Commonwealth Championship Medals - Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each division. "Commonwealth Karate Champion" is appropriate designation. Black Belt Forms and Fighting Grand Championship sponsored by Order of Combat USA.
Special Awards: Black Belt Form Grand Champion Awards and Fighting Grand Champion Awards are sponsored by the Order of Combat USA
Protective gear is mandatory. Mandatory - Head, hand, foot, mouth. Optional - chest/groin
Rules: All commands will be in English, penalty point awarded for infractions
Points: Reasonable contact equals point. Eliminations are FINAL. Hand technique - 1 point, Kick technique - 2 points
Under Belts: 5 points = Winner
Black Belts: 7 points = Winner
Age: Your age on the day of the competition.
Eligibility: Beginner - Under 1 year of traning, Intermediate - 1 to 3 years of traning, Advanced - 3 years + Competitors must be Certified Black Belts, or the students of Certified Black Belts, and a Uniform is required. The officials reserve the right to disqualify and/or expel disrespectful or uncooperative competitors/spectators with no refund.
If you receive a medal in the 2011 or 2012 Subway Commonwealth Games, you qualify to compete in the 2013 State Games of America.
